Growing up today can feel overwhelming. Many young people are quietly managing anxiety, low self-esteem, friendship pressures, academic stress or simply feeling unsure of who they are and where they fit in.


My approach is gentle, conversational and age-appropriate. I provide a safe, relaxed and non-judgemental space where they can talk openly and feel genuinely heard.


Where appropriate, sessions can take place in my therapy space or within the home environment.


I hold an Enhanced DBS certificate and work in a calm, safe and supportive way, ensuring both young people and parents feel comfortable and reassured. Prior to any session we will work together to build a picture of the young person, including their favourite items to help them relax, think fidget toys to their preferred drink!


My work is grounded in one simple belief: Every young person deserves to feel amazing in who they are, not perfect, just confident, supported and understood.

  • Confidence and self-belief

    Many children and teenagers struggle with confidence, even when they are capable and doing well on the outside. This can show up as hesitation to try new things, fear of getting things wrong, or constantly comparing themselves to others.


    I help young people gently explore where these feelings come from and begin to rebuild a stronger sense of self-belief. 

  • Anxiety and emotional regulation

    Anxiety in young people doesn’t always look obvious, it can show up as irritability, withdrawal, overthinking, perfectionism or physical symptoms like headaches and overwhelm.


    I support children and young people to understand what anxiety is and how it affects both the mind and body. Introducing simple, practical tools to help them regulate their emotions, calm their nervous system and feel more in control when things feel overwhelming.

  • Negative self-talk and overthinking

    Many young people develop a harsh inner voice that tells them they are not good enough, that they will fail, or that they should have done better. Over time, this can affect confidence, wellbeing and behaviour.


    I work with young people to gently notice these thought patterns and begin to challenge them in a supportive, non-judgemental way. 

  • Resilience and coping strategies

    Life can feel overwhelming for children and teenagers, especially when they are facing academic pressure, friendship challenges or personal changes.


    I help young people build resilience by giving them practical coping tools they can use in everyday life. This includes ways to manage stress, bounce back from setbacks and feel more grounded when things feel difficult.


  • Friendships, school pressures and transitions

    Throughout our life we unfortunately encounter Trauma and PTS. In a sympathetic manner I explore this with you and using Integral Eye Movement Therapy and other therapies personalised to you.


  • Positive inner voice

    One of the most powerful shifts in young people is learning how to change the way they speak to themselves.


    I support children and teenagers to become more aware of their inner dialogue and begin to replace harsh self-talk with a more encouraging and supportive voice.

Cold Water Therapy
