    Many of us have a phobias with the most common being spiders, but did you know that more people are killed by champagne corks than venomous spider bites, however I have never met anyone with a phobia of champagne!

    Is your anxiety stopping you from doing the things you want to do? Have you had enough of feeling out of control and embarrassed? I offer a range of solution-based therapies which will provide you with the tools to overcome this.


  • Menopause & Peri Menopause

    Menopause & Peri Menopause is more than just hot flushes! Brain fog, fatigue, forgetfulness, low mood the list goes on suddenly suffering from these other symptoms can be deliberating therapy along with talking to someone experiencing similar symptoms really helps and I use my many skills to reduce these symptoms.


  • Pain Management

    Oldpain2go is a talking therapy which can help you to let go of any old unwanted pain which is no longer serving any purpose. It’s not a magic wand, though people have described the results as miraculous, however this methodology enables you to release your old pain and let it go.


  • Trauma & Post Traumatic Stress

    Throughout our life we unfortunately encounter Trauma and PTS. In a sympathetic manner I explore this with you and using Integral Eye Movement Therapy and other therapies personalised to you.


  • Reiki

    Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. The treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you and has many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, reduces stress and promotes healing and an overall feeling of wellbeing.


    Each treatment is completely different for every client, as our energy needs are different. You will be fully dressed at all times, I work ‘hands off’, therefore my hands will be above your body, you will be aware of where I am and might feel sensations like heat, tingling, or pulsing where my hands are, or throughout your body. You might not notice any changes. Many people fall asleep, as one thing is for sure you will feel fully relaxed.

Cold Water Therapy
